AGE REQUIREMENT:

• You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY TREATED BROWS (NOT VIRGIN BROWS):

• Text us for consultation and follow the instructions for clients with existing eyebrow work.

PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS (24 HOURS PRIOR):

• Do not consume any of the following before your appointment: Coffee, caffeine, energy drinks, alcohol, aspirin, Tylenol, or vitamins. This ensures optimal healing and results.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via Zelle or Cash. A 3% processing fee will be added to credit/debit card payments.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• Cancellations: Refunds are available only if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of booking. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No second reschedulingis allowed.

ARRIVAL POLICY:

• No guests are allowed in the suite to maintain a sterile environment and avoid any distractions. • Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. In cases where we are required to wait for you, a $30 surcharge may apply.

PARKING INFORMATION:

For convenience, we recommend downloading the Park Chicago app to manage your parking. • Please plan accordingly if your appointment exceeds 2/5 hours.

DISCLAIMER:

• Brow shape approval will be obtained before starting the procedure. Once the service is completed, no changes can be made until the follow-up session. • A touch-up session (4-5 weeks after the initial procedure) is recommended to ensure the desired results. • All results vary depending on individual skin characteristics (such as dryness, oiliness, skin conditions, medication use, sun exposure, etc.), and we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate for every client. • No refunds are available after services have been rendered.

RESTRICTIONS:

Please do not book if any of the following applies to you: • You are under 18, pregnant. • You have an allergy to pigmentation or makeup. • You have had Botox or fillers near your eyebrows within the past 2 weeks. • You have conditions such as glaucoma, blood-thinning medications, active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), or any form of skin cancer. • You have a history of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, transmittable blood conditions (e.g., Hepatitis, HIV), or are diabetic (must get doctor's approval). • You have recently undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy (no less than 42 days post-treatment). • You have a history of fainting spells, seizures, or epilepsy. • You have received any COVID-19 vaccines in the past 14 days. • You have sunburn or other skin damage in the area to be treated.
